The sauce is sweet with a spicy kick that comes as an after taste. Serve it with hot rich meats such as venison or pork belly.
This blog is called The Carrigaline Crusty as I began it while living in a town in Cork, Ireland called... Carrigaline. I wanted to show how you can grow and forage your own food in a town.
